Indiva Limited wants to see you tonight with its new cannabis gummy offering.
The Ottawa-headquartered company has launched an addition to its Wana gummies to help consumers get a good night’s rest.
Called the Wana Quick Midnight Berry Indica, the soft chew contains 10 milligrams of cannabidiol or CBD, which reputed to promote relaxation.
The Indiva product also features five milligrams of cannabinol or CBN, a substance said to have sedative properties.
As well, the berry has two milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol or THC, which is likewise known for sedative properties.
Many people are known to use cannabis to promote sleep.
Part of the product’s name comes from the indica strain, which is often associated with relaxation.
In a media release Tuesday (February 15), Indiva indicated that the gummy has a potential quicker onset.
“We recognize that quiet nights are important to Canadians, and with Wana Quick Midnight Berry’s potential quick onset and unique CBN formulation, users can experience a new approach to night-time,” company executive Leah Thiel said.
In addition to edibles, Indiva produces capsules, whole flower, and pre-rolls.
