The so-called Prince and Princess of Pot are out of jail.
The Toronto Star has reported a judge granted bail to Marc Emery and Jodie Emery and three others with conditions, including not possessing or consuming marijuana without a prescription.
Each of the Emerys was ordered to pony up $30,000.
According to CBC News, Marc Emery must remain in Ontario, where he was born. His wife, Jodie, can travel to B.C. with permission because B.C. is her home.
The couple was arrested on March 8 at Pearson International Airport in Toronto.
Marc Emery faces 15 charges, including three counts of trafficking, five counts of possession of the proceeds of crime, and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Jodie Emery faces four counts, including trafficking and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Trafficking more than three kilograms of cannabis carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
The Emerys have also been banned from visiting any marijuana dispensaries and any Cannabis Culture outlet.
The company has 19 stores in B.C., Ontario, and Quebec.
Vancouver police assisted the Toronto police, which obtained search warrants on several Cannabis Culture locations, including one in the 300 block of West Hastings Street in Vancouver.
